Jackfruit soaked up in authentic Asian herbs to become the spitting image of that famous Indonesian comfort food. Simply rendanglicious. Available to pro-chefs in deep-frozen bags of 1kg.

Preparation tips

Defrost rendang. Heat on low fire in a pot or a pan. Microwave only if you must.

Serve over plain white rice with steamed green beans on the side and sprinkle some cilantro on top. You could also serve over Dutch stampot, home made fries, or even over all three...we won't judge!
