Heat frying oil to 190°C in either a fryer or a deep pan. Fry 6-croquettes at a time for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Prefer to skip the oil? It’s also possible to bake them in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until they turn light brown. Though they might not come out as crunchy. Either way, grab a bun, throw in some lettuce, add your favorite sauce, and enjoy!
