We charge a standard delivery fee of €9.50* for orders within the Netherlands. With free delivery for orders above €75.

*Note: Delivery fees for frozen transport are more expensive than regular post deliveries.
Jack's frozen products are delivered by Vers & Fijn, specialists in deep-frozen food transport.
Orders are delivered on the date of your choice, at least 4 workdays after you place your order.
Important: keep in mind that frozen food delivery is different than delivering other products. Our jackfruit products are transported in special freezer vans. Please make sure somebody is at home during the day you choose for delivery to prevent the jackfruit products from defrosting.
Your order will be delivered between 08:00 - 18:00 Unfortunately, at this point we are not able to narrow it down further.
Please beware that if you are not at home to receive the order, we will need to charge an additional €12.50 for the extra delivery cost.
