Jackfruit stripes roasted under the sun and came out looking like the spitting image of traditional Greek gyros. A blessing in disguise as every bite takes you south to the beaches of the Mediterranean sea. Available to pro-chefs in deep-frozen bags of 1,5kg.

Preparation tips

Defrost gyros. Heat up a bit of oil in a pan and stir on low fire till it's warm enough. Then serve in a wrap or on top of a salad. Our Greek favorite: inside a pita bread with some lettuce, cucumber slices topped off with tzaziki and sprinkled with dill.
