Step 1. Sauté all the chopped vegetables along with Meet Jack Stripes in the olive oil. Season with chili powder, cumin, cinnamon and cover all the vegetables in it.
Step 2. Add the cans of peeled tomatoes, kidney beans and corn to the pot.
Step 3. Stir well and cook it on a low heat for at least 1 hour. At this point, add a pinch of salt and lime juice. Serve with rice or corn bread.
