Step 1. Boil the jackfruit until tender, about 15 minutes.
Step 2. Preheat the bacon spice mix on a melted coconut oil.
Step 3. Add Meet Jack stripes, ensuring they are coated in the spice mix. After fully coating, let it cool for about 1 hour in the fridge.
Step 4. Put the tofu in the blender along with the smoked paprika, little bit of coconut oil and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 5. Place the bell pepper in a baking tray and put it in the oven.
Step 6. While the peppers are cooking, smoke the jackfruit for about 15 minutes with cold smoke. After, sauté the smoked jackfruit in the pan till crispy.
Step 7. When ready, add creamy tofu on the bun along with sliced tomato, salad and roasted bell pepper. Spoon the jackfruit on the top of the bell pepper, set top bun in place and serve it with a sprinkle of paprika powder or chili flakes.
