Step 1. Defrost Naked Jack and boil the jackfruit chunks in the vegetable stock for about 15-20 minutes until soft. We recommend making your own homemade stock. You’ll taste the difference.
Step 2. Time to spice it up. Turn the fire off and add the olive oil together with all the spices to the soup and let it sit for a few minutes.
Step 3. An immersion blender will do the trick, but if you have a high-end blender, mix it up until smooth and creamy.
Step 4. Add salt and (cayenne) pepper as you like and your soup is ready to serve.
