PLACING AN ORDER
Your Frequent Buyer Account is all set up and ready to go. You have a confirmation email in your inbox with a link to the order form. Please save the email for easy access to the order form.
DELIVERY DAY & TIME
Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday between 08:00 - 18:00.
All orders placed on a workday before 11:00 can be delivered the next workday. Just tell us the preferred delivery date when placing an order.
DELIVERY COSTS
Deliveries are free for orders above €200.
If you place an order below €200, we charge a €12.50 delivery fee.
Are you located outside the Netherlands? Please reach out to us at jack@meetjack.nl and we’ll give you a quote for the delivery of your order.
FROZEN DELIVERY
Jack’s products are delivered frozen. Vers & Fijn, specialists in deep-frozen food transport, make sure Jack arrives nicely frozen to your place.
You do need to make sure you are there to welcome Jack and place the products directly in your freezer.
