Preparation tips

1. Defrost jackfruit stripes

2. Steam or cook unfrozen stripes with a pinch of salt for about 10 to 15 minutes.

4. Marinate the stripes in your favorite sauce or herbs.

4. Bake or fry the marinated jackfruit stripes for another 10 to 15 minutes (the longer the crunchier the bite).
